scholarship has maintained that
the first five books of the Bible were written by Moses. The first two chapters of the Book of Genesis read as an eyewitness account of the events of creation. However, how could Moses write these chapters as if he was an eyewitness since he would not have existed at that time?
Christ Apostolic Church, Garden of Fulfilment, (CACGOF) besides Landmark Hostel, Behind Late Governor Adefarati, Otakoba, Ibaka Quarters, Akungba AKOKO, Ondo State, Nigeria, was founded by the family of Pastor Sunday Jacob, OKITI in April, 2014. The population of the congregation then was only 6 people. Glory be to God, today, the population has increased to about 120 worshippers. CACGOF celebrated her fifth anniversary in April 2019. The Thanksgiving Service was held on Sunday, 14th April, 2019.

Apart from being inspired by the Holy Spirit. Considering the following:
Gen 2:4a says “This is the history of the heavens and the earth when they were created”
Gen 5:1a says “This is the book of the genealogy of Adam”
Gen 6:9a says “This is the genealogy of Noah”
Gen 11:10a says “This is the genealogy of Shem”
Gen 11:27a says “This is the genealogy of Terah”
Gen 25:12a says “Now this is the genealogy of Ishmael”
Gen 25:19a says “This is the genealogy of Isaac”
Gen 36: 1 says “Now this is the genealogy of Esau, who is Edom.”
Gen 37:2a says “This is the history of Jacob.”
Gen 50:26 says “So Joseph died, being one hundred and ten years old; and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.”
Gen 50:25-26 says “Then Joseph took an oath from the children of Israel, saying, “God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from here.” 26 So Joseph died, being one hundred and ten years old; and they embalmed him, and he was put in a coffin in Egypt.”
Then Exodus 13:19 says “Moses took the bones of Joseph with him because Joseph had made the Israelites swear an oath. He had said, “God will surely come to your aid, and then you must carry my bones up with you from this place.”
So, with this hierarchy information it is judicious to think that Moses wrote Genesis from pre-existing, well-preserved oral tradition and/or written documents from the patriarchs.
As Luke 1:1-4 would put it “Many have undertaken to draw up an account of the things that have been fulfilled among us, 2 just as they were handed down to us by those who from the first were eyewitnesses and servants of the word. 3 Therefore, since I myself have carefully investigated everything from the beginning, it seemed good also to me to write an orderly account for you, most excellent Theophilus, 4 so that you may know the certainty of the things you have been taught. “

Moses know what has happened from the beginning by the help of Holy Spirit upon Him. And He also has direct revelation from God to know what as happened in the beginning. for examples God revealed the future to the prophets such Isaiah, Jeremiah, Zachariah etc.
He may also know what happened in the beginning from record kept from the beginning because records of God dealing with humanity were kept from the beginning, such as Abraham’s prayer for Sodom and Gomorrah and his offering of Isaac, give evidence.

Moses, probably knew all these things because it’s the Holy Ghost that gave him the inspiration
. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.
2 Peter 1:20-21 KJV
Moses wrote all he wrote as he was moved by the Holy Ghost. Praise the Lord
